 Now see what is the secret behind Kim Kardashian's fat loss.While kim started her fat loss everyone said that she has undergone some surgeries to fat loss. It really disappointed Kim that her hard efforts are not paid well.




   But Kim Kardashian never mind about the rumors and finally she made it.

  • The hard work and dedication is the 1st thing which helped me a lot to achieve my goals sooner.
  • Then i followed the diet given by Atkins.He really helped in diet control and explained the advantages of diet.Hence i too had some cheat days but not more.
  • In the morning i start with more than 100 squats each day.Then other cardio exercises.
  • In afternoon i spend an hour for workout, I love Pilates, I love running.
  • I use to have about 1000 calories a day, but i drink herbal teas which really helps in weight loss. 


      Learn your body first and start working out in the way that you can get results what you exactly expect.

 Kim Kardashian has toned her body more than before her pregnancy.
