  1. what kind of a$$holes represent weight loss and DASH diet effectiveness by showing pictures of women whom were pregnant in the before photo, and the after photos are well after childbirth sometimes as much as years ahead.

    you and people like you who choose this shady tactic are giving the wrong image and idea to unsuspecting people whom are trying to prevent , correct or address very very serious health issues.

    shame on any/all of those involved on this blog....

  2. not to mention each and every single one of the women used in these examples were already in very athletic and healthy shape before, during and after the child birthing process start to finish. add in the fact they are all multi multi millionaire celebrities with personal chefs and personal trainers at their daily disposal.

    anyone reading this blog. PLEASE for your own sake. speak to an internist first, then a dietician and finally a nutritionist. they have been trained to help you where YOU need to be.
